Product Availability

The availability statement on each product's detail page indicates only the current availability of the product; it does not include the time it will take your order to reach you once we ship it. Shipping time depends upon the shipping method you choose. The expected shipping date of an order or product is also displayed on each product's detail page. To estimate your delivery date, use the following formula.

(Expected Shipping Date) + (Shipping Time) = Expected Delivery Date

World Book will send you a confirmation e-mail message when you have submitted your order, and again when your order is shipped.

Please note that the listed availability may not be applicable for multiple copies of an item. We will inform you by e-mail if any items in your order prove to be unavailable. If you have not received your order by the delivery date estimated using the above formula, send an e-mail message to service@worldbook.com or call (800) 967-5325. We will be happy to help you.
